How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Standard delivery is 7–14 business days from order confirmation. You'll get a tracking number when your order ships.
Do you ship outside the United States?
We currently ship within the United States only. We're working on expanding — if you're outside the US and want a specific product, write to us and we'll see what we can do.
What's your return policy?
If a product doesn't work out, you have 30 days from delivery to return it for a refund. Items should be unused, in original packaging, and you'll need a receipt. See the full Refund Policy in the footer for details.
My package was marked delivered but I didn't get it. What do I do?
First, check with your neighbors and your building's package room. If it's still missing after 24 hours, contact the carrier with your tracking number. Most carriers have a window to file a missing-package claim. Reach out to us if you need help.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We process orders fast — usually within 1–3 business days. If you need to cancel or change anything, email us immediately at rod.builds.things@gmail.com. We can usually intercept an order if it hasn't shipped yet.
My product arrived damaged.
Sorry about that. Email us at rod.builds.things@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Do you offer discounts?
Free shipping kicks in on orders over $50. Beyond that, we don't run constant promo cycles — our base prices are already what we think is fair.
Where do products ship from?
Most products ship from US-based fulfillment partners. A few specialty items may ship from our international supplier network; in those cases, the product page shows the expected delivery window.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We use Shopify Payments and Shop Pay, both PCI-DSS compliant. We never see or store your full card number.
