This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through fetchmarket.store (the "Site"), operated by Fetch Market.

 

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or US holidays.

 

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Fetch Market offers free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the United States. Standard shipping typically takes 7-14 business days from order confirmation, depending on the destination and the product. A delivery estimate is shown on each product page.

 

Some of our products ship directly from international fulfillment partners. We will provide a tracking number once your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

 

Shipping destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping may be available on a per-product basis; please contact us for availability.

 

Address accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Fetch Market is not responsible for orders shipped to addresses provided incorrectly by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for the cost of reshipment.

 

Lost, stolen, or damaged packages

Fetch Market is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at rod.builds.things@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can help arrange a replacement or refund.
